We know notarization can come with questions—and we’re here to make things simple.
This FAQ page is designed to give you clear, straightforward answers about our mobile notary services, what to expect, and how we can best serve you. At Pho3nix Solutions, we’re committed to professionalism, reliability, and service rooted in faith, hope, and love. If you don’t see your question answered here, we’re always just a call, email, or message away.
Q1: What exactly is a “mobile notary” and how does it work?
A mobile notary travels to you — whether at your home, office, hospital, or another convenient location — to complete the notarization on‑the‑spot. We bring all the materials and verify identity before witnessing signatures.

Q2: What kinds of documents can Pho3nix Solutions notarize?
We can handle a wide variety of documents including Powers of Attorney (POAs), wills & estate‑planning materials, real estate or business contracts, notice of commencements, medical documents, school forms, affidavits, and more.

Q3: What do I need to have ready for the appointment?
Bring a valid government‑issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) and the fully completed documents needing notarization. Also, ensure all signers are present and any blank fields are filled before the notary arrives.

Q4: Can Pho3nix Solutions come to a hospital, rehab center, or care facility?
Yes — we offer mobile service to homes, offices, hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, or any location that’s convenient for you.

Q5: Do you charge extra for travel or for multiple documents?
Fees can vary depending on travel distance, number of signers, or complexity of the documents. We always strive for transparent pricing and will let you know any extra charges up front. This is common practice for mobile notary services.

Q6: Does the notary check the content or legality of my documents?
No — the role of a notary (and mobile notary) is to verify the identity of signers, witness signatures, administer oaths, and apply an official seal. We do not provide legal advice, verify content, or assess legality.

Q7: Can you notarize for family members or close relatives?
Yes — as long as there’s no conflict of interest. If you are a signer or have a financial or personal interest in the document, the notary must decline. But notarizing for a family member without conflict is generally OK.

Q8: What if someone signing doesn’t have a valid ID — can the notarization still happen?
Valid, government‑issued photo ID is generally required. Without proper ID, the notarization may not be possible.

Q9: What if multiple people need to sign — do they all need to be there at the same time?
A9: Yes — for notarization, all signers whose signatures are needed must appear in person before the notary at the same time, unless state law allows other arrangements.

Q10: Can Pho3nix Solutions help with apostille services or out‑of‑state document certification?
Yes — we offer apostille facilitation and can help coordinate certification when necessary (for eligible documents), making the process easier for clients dealing with international or out‑of‑state matters.
