Payment Policy

Payment Requirement: Payment in full is required prior to the performance of services. For RON appointments, payment must be remitted before the secure signing link is released. Services will not be rendered until payment has been received and confirmed.

Accepted Payment Methods: Pho3nix Solutions accepts payment by credit or debit card, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, Square, and other approved electronic platforms. Cash or check payments may be accepted at the discretion of Pho3nix Solutions for in-person services only.

Fees and Pricing: Service fees are communicated in advance and are based on document type, appointment location, document volume, platform cost, and duration of service. Additional fees may apply for wait time, after-hours appointments, weekend or holiday scheduling, travel, preparation of documents, or apostille facilitation.

Non-Refundable Fees: Fees related to administrative preparation, digital platform use, identity verification, and scheduling are non-refundable. In the event Client fails identity verification, fails to appear at the scheduled appointment time, provides inaccurate information, or is otherwise unable to complete the signing session, no refund shall be issued.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Requests to cancel or reschedule must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failure to provide timely notice will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.

Right to Refuse Service: Pho3nix Solutions reserves the right to decline service to any individual for suspected fraud, coercion, incapacity, lack of understanding, or for any reason permitted by Florida law. In such circumstances, previously paid fees may be retained to cover administrative and platform costs.

Policy Updates: Pho3nix Solutions may amend this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on this website and shall govern all transactions from the date of publication forward.
